Description:
A resort complex that will be built on a total area of 100,000 m 2 . This project will include a hotel, VIP bungalows, one and two bedroom bungalows, and entertainment park, a business centre, a club house and others facilities. The resort will be located in an exclusive location about 3 km outside the city of Sulaymania on the side of two hills facing the city.

The project is carried out by Al Qertass General Contracting, Ltd. - one of our companies in Iraq.
